Amethyst Faerie by LindaJaneThomas Amethyst Faerie by LindaJaneThomas
This is my latest polymer sculpture. She is an Amethyst. A dream fae that heals insomnia and brings about pleasant dreams. She carries with her an amethist stone to slide it across your forehead and bring calm when there is anxiety.
She stands about seven inches tall and is completely handsculpted. Her wings were made by an extremely talented artist who I have admired since I started sculpting, Terry Thomas of the Dark Faerie.

I found the most beautiful purple crystals that I created her crown with. Tedious time consuming work but I love the final result.
Her dress was handmade by me as well. It is a combination of silks and other fabulously shiny fibers.
Hope you like!
She is going to be listed for sale on ebay. If you want to be added to my auction notification list please message me and be sure to include your email address.
Thanks for peeking.

Now I'm getting confused which ones I"ve written the notes for. Amethyst was going to be one of the four.

That's awesome to hear. November and December were dark holes that were very hard for me to peak out of this year. I sort of lost my drive for everything and needed some healing and positive energy. It came around by itself with the arrival of January.

I think everything is a bit sad. Even happiness. Because eventually it will end.
